แกลเลอรี่ ซีสเคป ขอเชิญทุกท่านร่วมนิทรรศการ “Sweet Corn Bitter Air” โดย ส้ม ศุภปริญญา

เราอยากชวนให้คุณสำรวจในโรงละครแสงในจินตนาการที่จัดให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ทำให้เกิดวิสัยทัศน์ต่ำ โรงละครแสงที่สร้างขึ้นจากการสังเกตของศิลปินในขณะที่อาศัยอยู่ในเชียงใหม่

บันทึกของเธอระหว่างการวิจัยจัดแสดงเป็นภาพถ่ายสารคดีที่ได้รับการคัดสรร เพื่อให้บทสนทนาเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับโรงละครแสงและวิกฤตสิ่งแวดล้อมในปัจจุบัน

อย่างไรก็ตาม ปรากฏการณ์นี้เป็นปัญหาระดับภูมิภาค เราไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาทีละอย่างได้ แต่แก้ปัญหาในเชิงโครงสร้างแทน เช่นเดียวกับจุดแสงที่โคจรรอบระบบสุริยะหรือรับพลังงานจากกริดไฟฟ้า

Gallery Seescape is pleased to invite you to an exhibition “Sweet Corn Bitter Air” by Som Supaparinya.

We would like to invite you to explore in an imaginary light theatre, which by choice has a poor visibility setting. The light theatre created from the artist’s observation while living in Chiang Mai.

Her record during the research, exhibits as a selection of documentary photographs, give an additional dialogue to the light theatre and the current environmental crisis. 

Yet, this phenomenon is a regional issue. We can’t solve it individually but instead structurally, just like dots of lights orbit by the solar system or receive power from electrical grid.

This exhibition is organized in collaboration with Art for Air 2
